Oh, sure, we frequently and cleverly tricked into thinking we have freedom via expansive dialogue trees, character upgrade decisions, and free to roam environments. But if you go looking for an artificial barrier or a limitation in what has been programmed it generally not too hard to find one. That because there no way to program a game to account and allow for every possible thing a human mind might think about doing.

Again, I get it, I was the same at your age too. While I consider myself a centrist ideologically, our current system is so skewed to the right that I sound like a bleeding heart (which I get, there a lot of annoying noise from the fringe left), but these ideas are the norm around the developed world and they are for a reason.
